An order is confirmed when you get the confirmation email. If something is out of stock after you paid, we refund that item the same day and tell you.
We ship within 2 business days. Tracking arrives by email. If a package goes missing, we deal with the carrier — not you.
30 days, no questions, item in usable condition. Coffee is the exception once opened — for obvious reasons. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
